And since this year I am focusing on exchanging with you, I am delighted to announce another great event weekend today.
Golden Autumn Days with Nitiknitti at Gut Panker in the Hotel & Restaurant Ole Liese
Friday 16.10.2026 from 3:00 PM to Sunday 18.10.2026 until approx. 2:00 PM
The over five hundred year old Gut Panker is located in Panker in the Plön district near Lütjenburg in Schleswig-Holstein.

An enjoyable weekend full of inspiration, community & country estate charm
Look forward to an exclusive knitting retreat with Anita and Birgit George in a stylish atmosphere – with plenty of space for creativity and culinary delights. Spacious guest rooms are available for our weekend together.
Schedule Friday – Arrival until 3 PM
Warm welcome by our host Thomas Taanum.
To kick things off, we will serve an aperitif with fine finger food on the terrace of the fireplace room – with a magnificent view over the estate and the paddocks.
Afterwards, we will leisurely begin our knitting weekend together.
🧶 Our knitting room exclusively for us: the newly designed fireplace room in the "Altes Schulhaus". We can leave our knitting items and a Nitiknitti pop-up store there permanently and knit, advise and inspire each other for many hours.
The room will be extensively renovated in spring 2026 and stylistically adapted to the modern estate café in the night watchman's house – bright, stylish and cozy.
You can expect:
- Comfortable sofas and armchairs
- A private terrace – perfect for knitting in the sun
- Drinks & snacks available throughout
- Homemade cake on Friday and Saturday afternoons
- Coffee, tea & non-alcoholic beverages included
🍽 Culinary delights Breakfast (Saturday & Sunday)
A wonderful country estate breakfast in the Restaurant Ole Liese – on the terrace if the autumn weather is good.
Dinner (Friday & Saturday)
3-course menu by our Executive Chef Sascha Kurgan.
Served either in the estate café in the night watchman's house or in the Restaurant Ole Liese – depending on the group size.
Lunch (Saturday & Sunday)
Light, seasonal lunch – also in the estate café in the night watchman's house or in the Restaurant Ole Liese
Drinks included
- Prince of Hesse wine pairing
- Soft drinks & juices
- Coffee & cake
🐎 Supporting program (included) For Saturday, we are planning – depending on availability – a special experience (not yet defined - but we already have great ideas)
- Visit to the Trakehner stud farm at Gut Panker
- Small mini cooking class (approx. 1 hour) with Sascha Kurgan
- Guided tour of the estate
We will cover the costs for this. All program points subject to availability.
🎁 Sunday After a light lunch, it's time to say goodbye.
Each participant will receive a culinary souvenir – so that the memory of Gut Panker lingers even at home.
