Terms and conditions for the "Golden Ticket" competition

1. Organizer

The organizer of the competition is:

(hereinafter referred to as "Organizer")

2. Terms and Conditions of Participation

• Participation is free and only possible via the contact form on www.nitikknitti-shop.de .
• To participate, entrants must solve the puzzle posed in the competition and enter the correct solution word in the contact form and submit it.
• All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate.
• Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation period

The competition starts on October 1, 2025 and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM. Entries received after the competition period cannot be considered.

4. Prize and determination of the winner

• The winner will be determined by random draw from all correct entries received on time.
• The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the end of the competition.
• Should the winner not respond within 14 days of notification, the organizer reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible person.
• A cash payout or exchange of the prize is excluded.

5. Data protection

• The personal data collected as part of the competition (name, email address, address if applicable) will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition.
• After the competition has ended and the prize has been sent, the data will be deleted unless there are legal retention obligations.

6. Disclaimer

The organizer accepts no liability for technical malfunctions that may temporarily make participation in the competition impossible.

7. Other

• Legal recourse is excluded.
• The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
• Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
