Børstet Alpakka from Sandnes Garn

For many years I have loved the yarns of Scandinavia's oldest yarn producer - SANDNES GARN from Norway!

After we've already thrilled so many of you with the introduction of Ballerina Chunky Mohair , we're now expanding our range with another classic from Sandes Garn: Børstet Alpakka, now available in 20 beautiful colors !

Børstet Alpakka is a combination of 96% brushed alpaca and 4% nylon.

50g = 110lfm Gauge: 16sts plain knit with 5mm needle = 10cm

I've already knitted the "Julia" sweater in three colors and love the combination of the delicate lace pattern that forms the raglan increases in this top-down sweater and the soft, yet not fragile, yarn.

If you order 6 or more balls, you will receive the printed pattern for the Julia sweater free of charge in your package.

Give it a try; it's a lot of fun to knit and the pretty folded collar is flattering.
