Brushed Loop Hat by Other Loops - Yarn Kit

Brushed loop hat is a fluffy hat with a cool, wide cuff and a spiral decrease gradient that forms the top of the hat.

The hat is worked from the bottom up. The stitches are cast on using an open cast-on edge and knitted in stockinette stitch in the round. Then the work is folded in half and knitted together using the open cast-on edge to create a double edging. This is followed by more stockinette stitch in the round, before decreases are made to shape the top of the hat. Finally, the hat is brushed to give it a fluffy and soft appearance. 

Recommended needles
