The GISELE JUMPER is a timeless, versatile piece designed for a relaxed, comfortable fit. Knitted from three strands of pearl mohair, it creates a wonderfully fluffy and soft texture that feels luxurious against the skin. This classic sweater is an effortlessly stylish addition to your wardrobe, perfect for layering or as a cozy standalone piece.

This piece is knitted from the top down, with no seams required. Construction begins by shaping the back with short rows to define the shoulders. Then, stitches are picked up along the back shoulder edges and shaped towards the neckline. The left and right front shoulders are joined at the neckline and worked to the underarm. At this point, the front and back are joined seamlessly and worked in the round. For a good fit, the waist is shaped before the ribbing. The sleeves are picked up and worked in the round, with gradual decreases to the cuffs. Finally, the neckband is ribbed and folded for an elegant look.

SIZE AND FIT GUIDELINES: This piece is designed to fit all sizes with a positive width of approximately 25 cm [9¾ inches].

Gauge: 17 stitches x 25 rows = 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4 inches] stockinette stitch on 5.0 mm [US 8] needles 

RECOMMENDED NEEDLES AND TERMS: Circular needles: 5.0 mm [US 8], 40, 80 or 100 cm [16, 32 or 40 inches], circular needles: 4.0 mm [US 6], 40, 80 or 100 cm [16, 32 or 40 inches], tapestry needle and removable stitch markers (preferably in two different colors).
