Crochet Pattern "Concia" Clutch by MfW

Concia means "shell", which gives this beautiful summery pouch its name. It is crocheted in a striped shell pattern. It looks airy, but is also quite sturdy, making it the ideal summer companion. You can carry it as a small, elegant clutch on its own, or put it inside a larger bag. It's large enough to hold your wallet, sunglasses, lipstick, and phone. I crocheted my bag with a simple flap. However, you can also sew in a snap fastener or add a side loop. As always, there are many ways to create your very own Concia pouch.

Pouch dimensions:
approx. 29 cm wide
approx. 19 cm high, approx. 16 cm inner height

Material:
2 balls of Summer Raffia by Nakyangyarn (100% Rayon, approx. 113m/ 50 g),
 here color 102 Ivory Beige
2 balls of Summer Raffia by Nakyangyarn (100% Rayon, approx. 113m/ 50 g),
here color 115 Light Pink
If you want to crochet the pouch in one color, you will need 108 g of Summer Raffia in your desired color

17 sts x 12 rows = 10 x 10 cm in pattern
Needle size:
Crochet hook size 4.0
