First, cast on stitches at the neck, then increase stitches in each side to form a European shoulder. The back piece is knitted up to the sleeves. Then, stitches are cast on along each shoulder for the right and left front pieces. The front pieces are knitted up to the sleeves according to the diagram, with increases for the V-neck. The front pieces are knitted together with the back piece before finishing with a rib. For the sleeves, stitches are picked up around each armhole and worked in half-rib. Finally, for the front band, stitches are cast on along both front pieces and at the neck.
