Ivy Blouse - Petiteknit Knitting Pattern - German

The Ivy Blouse is worked seamlessly from the top down. The yoke is constructed with increases for the shoulders first, then increases for the sleeves, and finally raglan increases. Short rows are worked to shape the neckline. The sleeves are worked in the round using double-pointed needles or the Magic Loop method.

The Ivy Blouse is designed to have approximately 2 cm (0.8 inches) of positive ease in relation to your bust circumference. Sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) are designed to fit a body bust circumference of 75-80 (80-85) 85-90 (90-95) 95-100 (100-110) 110-120 (120-130) 130-140 (140-150) cm [29.5-31.5 (31.5-33.5) 33.5-35.5 (35.5-37.5) 37.5-39.5 (39.5-43.25) 43.25-47.25 (47.25-51.25) 51.25-55 (55-59) inches]. The measurements of the finished sweater can be found on the first page (please note that these measurements are only valid if the stated gauge is met). Measure yourself before you begin knitting to determine which size fits you best. If your bust circumference (or the widest part of your body) measures 90 cm (35.5 inches), you should choose size S. A sweater in size S has a bust circumference of 92 cm (36.25 inches) and would have a positive ease of 2 cm (0.8 inches) in the chosen example. A measurement chart can be found here.
