The Ivy Sweater is worked top-down in one piece. The yoke is constructed so that shoulder increases are done first, then sleeve increases, and finally raglan increases. Short rows are worked to form the neckline. The sleeves are worked in the round on double-pointed needles or using the Magic Loop method.
Size guide
The Ivy Sweater should have a positive ease of movement of approximately 12 in relation to your chest measurement. Sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) fit a chest measurement of 75-80 (80-85) 85-90 (90-95) 95-100 (100-110) 110-120 (120-130) 130-140 (140-150) cm. The measurements of the finished sweater can be found on the front page (note that these measurements are only valid if the gauge is adhered to). Measure yourself before you start knitting to find the size that fits you best. If your chest (or widest part of your body) measures 90 cm, you should choose size S. A sweater in size 80-100 cm will fit. Size S has a chest circumference of 102 cm and, in the example, would have a positive ease of 12 cm. The size chart can be foundhere .
