Facile Cardigan - Knitting Pattern Sandnes

The jacket is knitted from top to bottom with double thread. First, cast on sts for the back piece. The back piece is knitted under the sleeves. Then, sts are knitted along each shoulder for the right and left sides of the front piece. Increase sts for the V-neck, and each front piece is knitted back and forth under the sleeves before they are joined to the back piece. The front and back pieces are knitted back and forth until the entire length and finished with a rib. sts are knitted around each armhole for sleeves. Sleeves are knitted in the round and decreases are made at the end for narrower sleeves before the rib is finished. Choose whether you want the sleeves to be knitted with or without stripes.
