When I knit my bags, it's not so much about owning and keeping them. Not anymore. It was certainly the case in the beginning, of course, when I was figuring out the skill myself, experimenting, discarding, starting over, perfecting, and finally proudly strolling around with my bag. Now, however, the creative work and the process of constantly combining colors and accessories gives me almost more joy, because the results also serve as a template and inspiration for my workshop participants. There's a reason why there's #bagoftheday on Instagram, and that requires production.
To prevent my home, which is already completely safe from Nitiknitti, from becoming a bag exhibition, I've decided to hold a monthly sale. This is especially for those who can't or don't want to attend a workshop but still want an NK bag.
The easiest way to sell like this is via Instagram stories. I briefly show you which bags are for sale and when the sale starts in the stories. This way you can already pick out your favorite model... I then upload videos in which I show the bags, provide a short description, and state the price. If you're interested, send me a direct message and I immediately respond with a thumbs up for "still available" or a thumbs down for "sorry, already sold." Payment is then preferably made via PayPal, as this way I can be sure that the deal will actually go through. These are usually bags that I've worn once or twice and are #preloved, so to speak, but don't show any obvious signs of wear. If they do, this will be reflected in the price, and I'll announce it.
