Overview: The Camille Jumper is designed for effortless style and utmost comfort. This oversized sweater features European shoulders and wide sleeves, creating a flowing silhouette and fitting well on any body type.
This knitted piece is worked from the top down and requires no seams. Construction begins by increasing the back shoulders. Stitches are then picked up along the shoulders for the front shoulder pieces and increases are made to form the front neckline. The right and left front shoulder pieces are then joined at the bottom of the neckline and the resulting front piece is continued to the bottom of the armholes. The front and back pieces are then joined and knitted together in the round to the bottom cuff. Stitches are picked up for the sleeves and the sleeves are worked in the round to the cuffs. The neck yoke is worked in rib and then folded over to complete the design.
Sizes: XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL
Size information: This sweater was designed with an extra width of 25-35 cm for sizes XS to XL and 20-30 cm for sizes 2XL and 3XL.
Finished dimensions: Bust size 112.5 (117.5) 122.5 (127.5) 132.5 (140) 150 cm. Total length 55 (56) 58 (60) 61 (62) 62 cm. Sleeve length 44 (44) 45 (45) 46 (46) 46 cm.
Materials: 400 (400) 400 (400) 450 (450) 500 g MAJO GARN Puno Fine: 50 g = 125 m (137 yards) and 125 (125) 125 (150) 150 (150) 150 g MAJO GARN Pearl Mohair: 25 g = 210 m (230 yards). Both yarns are held together for the entire project.
Gauge: 16 sts x 25 rows = 10 x 10 cm stockinette stitch with 5.0 mm needles
Recommended needles and accessories: 5.0 mm circular knitting needle with 40, 80 or 100 cm cable, 4.0 mm circular knitting needle with 40, 80 or 100 cm cable, darning needle, lockable stitch markers.
