Video tutorial chunky knit pillow

In this approximately 19-minute video tutorial, I'll show you how to make a chunky knit cushion by hand. You'll need a 40x40cm cushion insert and a ball of chunky knit yarn in Premium Cotton or Chunky Knit Yarn.

We recommendthese pillows because they retain their shape even when you wash your pillow. You can wash the finished chunky knit pillow whole in the washing machine with wool detergent on the wool cycle at 30 degrees and 1000 rpm. Then let it air dry flat.

Tip: if you choose a dark yarn, cover the white lining with a simplejersey cover in a similar color before closing the cushion. This way, the cushion won't show through the stitches; it simply looks better.
